“Great staff, big clean room, comfy bed, good coffee”

“First of all, I get really anxious about booking a hotel. I'm fearful of making a reservation and, upon arrival, the property might be in terrible condition or the room will not meet my expectations of cleanliness. I am ecstatic to say that this Embassy Suites EXCEEDED my expectations! The hotel appears to be in great shape. It has a nice lobby, bar and pool area. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I will make is to have some kind of single use, inexpensive ice scoop...

I checked in and made my way to the building - the elevator was not working and the lights were dim in the hallway. Another guest told me the staff was coming to fix it. “My coffee pot was broken, I had no hair dryer and had an ironing board but no iron. There were knives and two spoons but no forks in my kitchen One arm of the office chair was torn to shreds as was one of the curtains in the bedroom. The drain in the bathroom sink was closed and the stopper lever missing so I had to use a knife from the kitchen to open it. The towels at the base of the door to room 225 (there during my entire visit) suggests the room is being treated for something. As a woman...

Thanks to the corporate not giving her acces to the hotel inventory. In my opinion she should have complete access in order to fo her job accordingly right? “Man hörde en del från motorvägen som gick utanför, wifi var inte så bra. Det försvann lite då och då. Motellet låg rätt nära Dallas så vill man se saker i eller norr om Dallas så är detta ett bra läge. Duschdraperiet var mögligt och handdukarna som vi fick var smutsiga så vi la de i badkaret för att få de bytna till dagen efter och de nya vi fick var också smutsiga.
