"Väldigt trevlig och service minded personal. De gjorde alltid det lilla extra för att man skulle få den bästa möjliga upplevelsen. Vi hade ett fräscht rum, bra städning, det var bra frukost där de lagade omelett, äggröra mm på beställning. Vi tog även en massage på spa:et som var riktigt bra! Rekommenderar starkt detta hotell."

"Gulligt hotell som ligger på en mindre, lugnare gata med gångavstånd till allt. De tär bara några få rum per våning gör att det är lugnt och tyst. Välstädat, god frukost och fantastiskt hjälpsam och vänlig personal. Skulle gärna bo här igen. Enda minuset är ventilstionen/AC som låtit högt i ett av de rvå olika rum vi bott i. "

Very varied breakfast with big selection of cuisines. Pool area clean with big and nice towels provided. Nothing to complain about - would stay there again - with family or for business. "

"Fint hotel med trevlig personal och väldigt bra frukost. Det som drar ner betyget är att det är otroligt lyhört mot resterande rum och rummen ovanför. Man hörde ljudet av andra gäster och porlande vatten hela natten vilket tyvärr ledde till dålig sömn. Vi har bott på en del andra hotell i Hanoi och detta är inte värt priset. "

"The hotel is in a great location on a little side street with very little traffic. The staff were very helpful and recommended what to do in Hanoi. The stairs and the common restroom were pretty dirty and worn and there was no soap either, and there were these little tiny flies in the elevator aswell. The room was kind of nice though and were clean enough but pretty old and worn out. The best thing was the beds. They were really comfy. The breakfast was alright even though you needed to walk like 100 meters to a different hotel because they don't serve breakfast at the Lotus Boutique Hotel. For the price, the stay was pretty decent I would say."
