“Such an amazing stay. Liam, Alice and Tony we're super kind and helpful. I was fortunate enough to upgrage to the suite with the fish pond and this room made my stay extra special. Very close to everything going on in Hanoi whilst also remaining peacefull and quiet. Also had the oppertunity to book a day trip to Halong bay through the travel agent in the reception which was extreamly convienient and even when I miss the bus pick up (slight miscommunication) I was raced to the bus to get on...

“Väldigt trevlig personal, hjälpsam! Supergod frukost med a la carte som ingår. Rent rum men lite dålig luftkonditionering. Rekommenderar ändå verkligen. Centralt och nära Old town.”
“Great stay. I like the lakeview room, the glass lakeview lift. Breakfast is with a big range of different foods from Western to Asia. I had a chicken Pho, some bacon and a lot of different fruits. They are all tasty.
The service is another strong point, from welcome bellman to Reception and Housekeeping. All are friendly and professional.
The amenities inside bathoom are a bit old but function well. Bedroom with comfy mattress ans pillows

"Fint hotel med trevlig personal och väldigt bra frukost. Det som drar ner betyget är att det är otroligt lyhört mot resterande rum och rummen ovanför. Man hörde ljudet av andra gäster och porlande vatten hela natten vilket tyvärr ledde till dålig sömn. Vi har bott på en del andra hotell i Hanoi och detta är inte värt priset. "

"The hotel is in a great location on a little side street with very little traffic. The staff were very helpful and recommended what to do in Hanoi. The stairs and the common restroom were pretty dirty and worn and there was no soap either, and there were these little tiny flies in the elevator aswell. The room was kind of nice though and were clean enough but pretty old and worn out. The best thing was the beds. They were really comfy. The breakfast was alright even though you needed to walk like 100 meters to a different hotel because they don't serve breakfast at the Lotus Boutique Hotel. For the price, the stay was pretty decent I would say."
