“This cute and quaint farmhouse cottage was exactly as described and the perfect home base for our family’s hiking and waterfall exploration getaway. We visited over Labor Day weekend and enjoyed exploring the local area, including Pigsah National Forest, DuPont State Forest, Hendersonville Apple Festival, and Brevard shops and restaurants. “Beautiful and relaxing!! If you're a nature lover you can't ask for more!! Surrounded by Rhododendron on a creek with many little waterfalls....and trout.....at the end of a gravel road! Moss covered boulders that when we walked up to front of the cabin many little blue/purple butterflies exploded up from the ground!!! Wow!!”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean and cozy, had everything we needed, was close to good restaurants and in a quiet location. The lake is amazing, we loved sitting on the dock at night talking and fishing, kayaked every day. We caught catfish, large mouth and small mouth bass, and blue gill. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. ”
