“Fabulous hotel and customer service. It’s quite a nice courtyard and we really liked the room. The Italian table restaurant was excellent quality and reasonably priced.
The only minor complaint was the pop machine gave us warm drinks.”

“We booked a Lakeview standard suite, so 2 queen beds. We got a upper floor room ( 2 floors) which meant it was quieter but due to trees, a very limited lake view. Still pretty though. The beds were uncomfortable-kept rolling to the centre. Tge room looked recently refurbished. The TV was barely usable due to poor internet. Parking is sometimes full when the hotel is busy.
We were given 10% off Lakeside Chophouse breakfast. Stunning location. Service was good. My breakfast - shakshuka had to be...

“We had a great room with a comfortable bed and well resourced with good toiletries and extras like cookies and mint tea. The front porch is pretty worn and the outside could do with a tidy up but we were very happy with the condition of our room. Check in was over the road at another hotel but that was easy. I recommend this place and the price was good.”
