“Fräscht hotell med bra sängar, fungerande AC och gott om parkering. Man får även gratis tillgång till vissa aktiviteter i sportcentret som vi inte hann prova. När vi var där så råkade vi ut för ett oväder som slog ut elnätet i Gold Coast, hotellet återbetalade nätterna som vi valde att spendera i Brisbane istället utan krångel eller diskussioner. Lite trött frukost på hotellet men annars inget att klaga på.”

“Broken air conditioner, thus wet clothes the next morning heading out on our bikes. Very limited open hours, closed 4pm, couldn’t get help. A lot of dirt floating around in the pool. Otherwise a good stay.”

“Fairly clean and neat, breakfast not for a Scandinavians, but guess not main target group. Room cleaning service was below average. Pool area a bit depressing and not kept at nice standard, pool towels not provided everyday. But if you want a neat fairly clean motel for a good price on the GC, it’s fine. ”

“The bed was so comfortable, the shower was the best I've had staying in motels/hotels as I can remember back or ever as the pressure & shower head was perfect!! So water "leaking" from onto the floor too easy getting in & out without the risk of slipping.”

“Terrible experience on our vacation in Australia. We found bedbugs in our room on the bed and rug at night so we asked for help. A lady came and denied the presence of bedbugs and asked us with an angry tone to leave the motel in the night so we would’ve been left on the street or else we wouldn’t get a refund. She said that the bugs are normal bugs and not bed bugs. Because we are Europeans she took advantage of lying to our faces and said “this is Australia there are bugs everywhere” but we...

“Super clean and tidy and some real and genuine effort has gone into making it a great experience for guests. Nothing is too much trouble for the hosts and we were very happy with our stay. We will be back!!!”
