“I had the privilege of staying at this property for my short Venetian trip. The place was central to everything and walking everywhere was so nice. Irene, the property owner was so friendly and helpful answering any questions I had and giving me advice on places to go eat and things to do. I wish I could have stayed longer and will keep this place in mind if I get a chance to return. ”

“Owner does not use VRBO for payments and instead uses some third party-software that does not work very well. Paying was a painful process involving many communications with the owner to get it finally done. Another learning is to seek an arrival point for the water taxi that is close to the apartment with the fewest bridges with their stair as possible with luggage. The best is St. Samuel, which has no bridges. The apartment itself is fine and the location is good. The owners attitude is oc one...

“In summary, we landed at Marco Polo Airport and arrived by boat via Alilaguna Waterbus to the Arsenal Boat dock at 12:00 AM. For your reference once you land at Marco Polo Airport it is a 10 minute walk to the Alilaguna Waterbus terminal. Alfonso was there to greet us at the boat dock.
