“It was a very cozy and warm feeling house and we loved the decorations! Very clean house and the outside and yard is very nice with some outdoor games and a fire pit! The only thing that was an issue was that the only bathroom was downstairs and had to walk up and down the steps to use the bathroom!! Other than that it is a very cozy and nice house and we would most likely stay again if we get a chance to!!”

“Only thing was the inside of the refrigerator had some stains, but was clean. I would suggest leaving more towels than 4 for 4 guests”

“This was a beautiful property. My family and I got to enjoy spending time together. The views were lush. We kayaked on Watuga Lake, went to a wedding at the Heritage and enjoyed the farmers market and restaurants in downtown Johnson City. The home was very clean. We had plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. The beds slept well. The kitchen is well supplied. The water pressure was really good in the bathrooms.It was an amazing place to spend time.”

“It is a neat, clean, nicely decorated older home. Some things to note: - it is an older home, so the floors creak and the doors stick and creak at times as well. This wasn't an issue for us, but if you have light sleepers, it may be something to stay aware of. - the toilets are small. That sounds strange, but my family is very tall (6' and over), and we had some logistical problems with the lack of leg space in the hall bathroom. No problem with the bathroom in the laundry room.
