âGreat Great Great hotel. Beautifully decorated, easily accessible to the squares, the Uffizi and the Duomo and shopping, Good amenities. Definitely would return.â
âInpossible to sleep, too noisy, literally like sleeping in the street in terms of noise, the door whic directly opens towards main street has around 1 cm gab beneath that makes sure the sound of cars, tram, chatting people all go in and mix with your dreams.
The cleanliness is amazing, customer service is ok.â
