“Excepcional ”

“The problem wasn’t with the property itself. It was with Expedia and their incorrect information on whether or not there was an airport shuttle. There isn’t a shuttle and that was very inconvenient. I booked the hotel because of the shuttle. Expedia needs to get their act together on the information regarding the hotels information. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and changed rooms for me when the motorcycle noise was to annoying. They were very understanding.”

“Lovely hotel. The architecture is very pretty and sitting in the lounge gives you a very luxurious feeling. The staff is very friendly, especially the staff in the restaurant. Speaking of the restaurant. The food is great. We had dinner here and the beyond burger is to die for. The lack of a breakfast buffet felt strange, until we had breakfast. Best breakfast ever. And the server was so very nice to us. Clean rooms, nice service, beautiful outdoor seating on the padio. You can't go wrong...

“I was amazed at the amenities, especially for the price I paid. Full suite had a full kitchen with flatware and dishes, living area, 2 tvs, a fireplace, clean bathroom, and plenty of towels, The breakfast was great as well - lots of choices and a very helpful staff.”
