âWe got exactly what we had booked regarding the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. It feels a bit like a B&B but at hotel size. The location is a bit outside of city centre, but it was only a 10-15 minutes walk to the Roman Baths. Good parking for the rental car.â

âFirst of all; This is not a hotel, it's a bar with a couple of very overpriced rooms to let out. There are no hotel staff to help you but bar staff who can't help you and only tell you that you can give a bad review and that they know that the rooms are overpriced.
Furthermore there was a very loud fan outside the window, large stains on the carpet, a very uneven and unconfortable bed and a very small basin in the bathroom. The few positive things were the breakfast, the wifi and the location.â

I was told that the beds were comfortable but the sofa bed was, as you might expect with a sofa bed, not very comfortable.
