2. Upon departure, please leave the premises in good condition, as upon arrival: empty the trash into the bins, close the windows, lower the heating, and turn off the lights.
3. In case of problems, our team will endeavor to take immediate action, but please note that there is no on-site personnel.
4. Cleaning is provided to restore the property, including cleaning and laundry by professionals. This does not include dishes, various waste, deodorization, etc. The dishes must be clean and put away. An additional fee of âŹ25 will be charged for extra expenses.
5. Sheets and towels provided: change during the stay upon request with an additional fee.
6. Additional cleaning service is available for âŹ50, to be requested before your arrival.
7. You will find supplies for your arrival. Products for the rest of the stay are at your expense.
8. Early check-in and late check-out are possible for an additional fee and subject to availability.
9. Non-compliance with the house rules (presence of animals, smoke odors regardless of their origin, etc.) will result in a âŹ50 surcharge for management fees.
10. Heating and water must be used responsibly and according to the rules established by law. Their use is intended for the number of guests indicated on the reservation. If we observe excessive consumption, such as an equivalence that is not in line with the number of guests, a request for reimbursement of expenses incurred will be made.
