“It was everything as advertised. A heated pool would have been better and special lamps to zap the mosquitoes as an idea for future renters. Refrigerator with ice making capability was a huge surprise and the greatest, most appreciated, feature! (funny to say but true). No coffee drip machine but coffee percolators (discovery for most Americans). Good space for 6 of us! Will consider renting the same villa every year. ”

“Immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment with good internet and smart TVs in all rooms. Good quality (and quiet) air conditioning throughout and was much needed. Pool was clean and well looked after. Hosts live upstairs and were kind and helpful. Only drawback is the A8 motorway which can obscure the beautiful view of the valley and does have some noise which is only heard when outside the property. We had a great stay!”

“We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Beaulieu-sur-Mer! The home itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the train station, making it super easy to get to Nice, Monaco, and Menton and other places around. “Sehr moderne und saubere Villa - komplett umzäunt (sehr zur Freude unseres Hundes). Am Hang und etwas außerhalb des Ortes (Auto nötig!) gelegen. Ein Supermarkt ist in ca 5-10 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Nizza in ca. 15 min Entfernung. Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Allerdings wäre etwas zusätzlicher Stauraum für Lebensmittel sehr hilfreich. Die Klimaanlagen in den beiden großen Schlafzimmern und auch im Wohn-/Essbereich bieten vor allem in den heißen Sommertagen eine sehr angenehme Abkühlung. Der...
