âLoved our stay here. It was very peaceful and the reception staff were very friendly. They were great with communication and instructions. We got to our cottage after hours and it was a smooth check-in with the instructions emailed to us. The cottage is very comfy and spacious.It was about a 10 min drive to everything like downtown Truckee and it said 15/20 min to Palisades Tahoe but felt like less. â

âWhen we went to check in on the day of our rental, I was told that our card didn't go though. There wasn't any communication about a problem. The reservation still said valid in the app. We had no way of knowing that there was an issue, we offered a new card and was told that the cabin was no longer available. â
