“My family stayed at Mermaid Cottage for a weekend while attending wedding festivities in the area. The house is comfortable and clean and the area is quiet, but great proximity to many Cape Cod locations. Our host, Louise was fantastic and quick to respond. Mermaid Cottage was the perfect place to retreat and relax after a long day and the patio was a wonderful area to hang out. Highly recommend!”

The view from the living room and front porch were splendid. We enjoyed beachcombing with quick and easy access. The location is really great; easy to get around. “The cottage was cute, cozy, and in a great location—just a short walk from the parking lot and about three minutes down a path to a quiet, uncrowded beach. While the beach was peaceful, it was quite rocky and had a lot of seaweed. The cottage deck gets full sun most of the day as the awning isn’t functional. Be sure to bring your own beach chairs, as the ones provided are older and not very comfortable. Families with young children should note that the bedrooms get very bright early due to sheer...
