“We have been renting on the Cape for close to 20 years and our family has grown. This gem of a house was perfect for us. We had plenty of space and privacy while also enjoying the gathering areas like the dining room, living room and fire pit! We were close to the beaches and a short drive away from Ptown. We cooked more than we ever had because the kitchen is spacious and so well equipped. This was the perfect place for us! ”

“This house was perfect for our family vacation. We have young children so it can be a lot of work to plan a beach day. We were able to come and go to and from the private beach as we pleased which took so much stress off of us. When the kids went to bed, we got to relax on the deck and enjoy watching the waves roll in and out under the bright moon. “Long weekend over July 4th. Wooded lot on a hill overlooking Follins Pond. Private access to the water, dock, and deck on cabana overlooking same. Gorgeous! Several kayaks canoe available. Long, one level house with bedrooms at either end (enables high degree of privacy for a couple). The house (although not the waterfront itself) is very accessible for the mobility challenged, including broad flat patio off the back. ”
