“This property has a great location. Easy walk to downtown Hyannis (lots of restaurants, bars, and shops) and to the shore. And easy to find. The neighborhood is very quiet. There are two suggestions for the property owners: First, it was cool over the weekend that we stayed and there were no blankets for the beds. We ended up going to Target to buy our own. Secondly, the bathrooms are super nice as they have been upgraded. However the suggestion is to turn up the water heater. Our showers were...

“Clean place, quiet neighborhood. No more than 2 people should stay here. The tiny table only has 2 unraveling patio chairs and the fold out couch can’t be slept on. The queen bed is fine, sheets and towels clean. Kitchen is minimally outfitted. Walk to the beach, bike trails nearby.”

“Our Vrbo was fantastic. The home is in a great location. It is very clean, bright and comfortable. Kitchen has all you need, LR is cozy, & beds are great. It was a perfect place for my family to call home as we explored the beautiful natural spaces around us.”

“The host was very helpful and friendly and got right back to me on questions. The space was small but very clean and had everything I needed as a single guest with one dog. The bed was quite comfortable too. As a woman traveling alone, my only issues were with the isolation of the area in the off-season (there were coyotes outside at night), and I would have liked to have had a more secure bolt lock and less see-through blinds.”

“This house had everything we needed, including plenty of indoor and out space. The outside decks and shower are excellent, and the indoor table, too, allowed us to sit down together for meals. The set up is excellent with two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs and another two bedrooms with a bathroom upstairs.”

“Very friendly host, extremely clean property with hot tub that was awesome! Fenced in yard was perfect for our dog, and house layout was spacious for our kids to play. Ping pong table was a plus! Would definitely come back.”

“This is a great property. We stayed here in May of 2022 and enjoyed it so much we stayed again this October. Property is beautiful, emaculately maintain, and has absolutly everything you could need. The beach is a huge plus even off-season. My husband and I stayed with my mother, daughter, and her boyfriend. It was a perfect space for everyone to spread out for privace but come together for socializing. I highly recommend it.”

“Great house...only comment is the driveway could be paved better...refrigerator needs an upgrade with ice maker and filtered water and kitchen needs a kurig. Otherwise we loved it.”

“A sweet little beach shack with an emphasis on little. Smallest of the Rosehill cottages. Looks out on the Corn Hill Beach parking lot with the dunes beyond, then the lovely beach. Great for off-season when the lot is mostly empty. Mattresses are too soft and the cottage hasn’t been updated in decades, but this is reflected in the price.”
