"Had problems with the TV which I mentioned in my first comment,was promised that this would be rectified and never happen again. The TV did not work throughout our whole stay. Now we were not there to watch TV but a bit annoying when you can't see the news. Fantastic staff really service oriented ..."

Great value, staff, and a lot of activities
"This is our fourth visit to the hot springs resort. Our daughter enjoys the outdoor ateas particularly fhe dinosaur park and hot srpings. The food is fairly priced and decent. The staff are professional and friendly."
