“Rummet städades enbart dagen innan utcheckning. Handdukar byttes ut då. Te påsar fylldes inte på. Köket saknade ung och kokplatta. Med andra ord så finns det bättre alternativ för de pengarna man betalar. Dålig service för mycket pengar.”

“My key card never worked because the door battery was dead. The staff had to physically unlock my door for me every time I wanted to enter my room. They should check door batteries before and after peoples stay. And the employee openly stated to me they have been having door issues all weekend. Easy fix would be to replace the door batteries. But instead I had to ask them to follow me to my room to unlock.”

“well no hot tub(was in add) no continental breakfast either 2 things that made me picked the property where not there..apparently they stopped breakfast the day before my stay..definitely outdated but perfect for the night or 2 if u just need a bed and a shower...they should lower the cost to 45 or 50 a night just to be full instead of empty..would hate to see the buisness be lost”

“Room still smells like people smoke in it, the hot tub was foamy and hairy, not a lot of gluten free or healthy options for breakfast! Need to at least add eggs”

“If your looking for a fun place to have fun with your kids look no further! You can enjoy their amazing pool and have a picnic at their fantastic outdoot seating area. If your kidos try and play with a nerf football your family can enjoy the hotel manager calling the cops for a special night of play! So if you want a great place to stay with these wonderful amenities, loud sirens and fantastic staff this is your place. But do keep an eye on things as the area is as great as the Bates Motel.”
