The property has killer views so for that reason its getting 2 stars but besides that I didn't have a good experience due to the way I was treated by the host. Initially, she was friendly until I had an issue with an iron for clothes. I had asked if there was an iron & she said no but ended up being able to find one for me. The next day I had already left the apartment for the day & the host got mad at me for not being home to return it. When the iron was requested, I said I need it for the duration of the trip. I was getting really rude messages from the host blaming me about the iron & attacking me saying I should have said something or paid for it. After that, the host was super cold & sent no messages on how to check out or anything about the process which was really rude & made me feel unwelcome. As for the apartment itself, its big and the balcony is great but the floors were super dirty that it would leave my feet black. There were wires still on the walls for things to be installed as the apt is not complete. The towels are tiny & you only get a thin sheet to cover yourself for sleeping. You are close to the beach but it is super steep to get to it. Lastly, they are not in compliance as they do not check your passports or take down your name which is a Croatian law to report all tourists that are staying with you which makes it seem like they are just pocketing money. There are much better options on where to stay so I would not recommend this apt.
