Building amenities include a commercial grade water softener and backup generator power for running necessities in the event of a power outage (guests are kindly asked to conserve power by not running ACs or washer/dryer while on generator power), and front desk staff to assist with basic requests, booking a taxi, dining recommendations + more when available. No need to drag your heavy luggage up multiple flights of stairs... the building's elevator is just a few steps from the door to the unit.
