“Nhoa apartments was great, we loved that everything is so private , they have a security guard at the door, our check in was very easy with the codes sent to us, we were able to get into the property without any trouble. We also liked that everything was within minutes drive, restaurants and stores. Overall very nice and private.”

It was great to have a place to make a snack on the way to the beach or make a margarita after a day out. The two pools were also wonderful. We highly recommend this place and plan to stay again!”

“The apartment was nearly new and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed.The pool on the roof was great and we had it to ourselves on many days.The host was wonderful, whenever we made contact she replied almost immediately and resolved any small issues very quickly.The bicycles worked for us after we got the tires pumped up, however each bike had a broken pedal but we still managed to use them without any issues.”

“Building was located in a very convenient area within walking distance of a grocery store and restaurants as well as downtown Tulum where more stores and restaurants could be accessed. Apartment was super clean and larger than I thought. The kitchen had all the essential items, such as utensils, dishware, appliances, and cleaning products. Bedroom included large king sized bed, and the balcony was great to hang out on. Parking was super convenient, but it was a little confusing to find at first....

“The condo in Tulum is newish, the black out drapes helped a lot, only one TV may not mean much to some, clean, felt safe, enjoyed the patio but under the skin it could be so much more. The host Carla did what she could but here were our issues: no coffee, I asked specifically about this one item, had to buy my own, three days later I received what should have been there on day one. No pots, there was three frying pans, the microwave was un plugged (full disclosure we didn’t need it) rave music...

“It was exactly as described. The place was nice with a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was nice and we enjoyed the little town. My only complaint was all the seaweed. It was in large piles all over the beach which made the beach in front of the place pretty useless. ”
