Overall nice place to stay with close connection to the subway or if you prefer to walk to the city. Also friendly staff, daily cleaning, fast elevators and quick checking in are positives.
Few things we have higher expectations from a five star hotel are the state of the rooms and service of the housekeeping. Like in many hotels in New York maintenance is not a strong point and also in our room you could see in some places paint coming of, walls in bathroom not getting completely clean anymore. Regarding the housekeeping they on several occasions forgot to re-fill (amenities, glasses)
