“If I could give the family who owns this place 10 stars I would! The castle renovated on the inside to be a small boutique hotel with free spa services even in your own room if you so desire and pay a little more. For what you get this hotel is nothing to be skipped over. Individualize breakfast, beautiful proper, sweet and kind owners. Although outside of Rome by about 45 mins well worth it if you are traveling especially for anniversaries or honeymoons! I hope to go back someday and I will...

“We had a great stay here with 6 adults and 4 children. Lots of space in the 3 stories of the historic home. We were all very comfortable. Great pool area and we used the bicycles as well. The hosts were very helpful in arranging childcare and tours for us and a chef who came to the house to cook dinner 2 of the nights. Thanks”

“Un appartamento molto curato nel mastio del castello di Sermugnano. Due ampie stanze un bel bagno nella parte alta di quello che era la torre centrale del castello. Un piccolo borgo rurale nelle colline orvietane, moooolto suggestivo. Accoglienza perfetta, appartamento dotato di tutto per viverci. Un luogo al centro di itinerari tra Orvieto e Civita, perfetto per passare qualche giorno visitando paesi incantati. Da provare. rapporto prezzo qualità onestissimo.
