“Kim and Jason promptly responded to my questions ( I had many ). The house was spacious for 6 adults, 3 kids and one dog. The front porch swing got lots of use. We enjoyed barbecuing our dinners out back and eating outside. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. There was a propane fire pit perfect for s'mores. There was central air conditioning but challenging to keep the bedrooms cool enough through the night.”

Multiple dining areas outside: the cutest patio in the back, and a patio in the front overlooking the neighborhood. The house layout is great for families, with tons of space, no one felt on top of each other. The AC was also soo helpful getting us through the hot weekend!”

“Peaceful and quiet stay. We slept so well with our toddler in the king bed. An optional rollaway bed was also provided. Doing a load of laundry after a couple days of camping, one of which was rainy, was spectacular. Close to Calaveras Big Trees state park which we visited the following day, just 8 minutes up the road. Bring your own dinner if planning to arrive late. There’s a microwave and a mini fridge. Hosts were friendly and accommodating.”

“My family stayed here for a short weekend. Upon arrival it looked like it had been cleaned however there was hair in both showers, an odd smell in the living room and the rug in the living room looked like it had never been vacuumed. While the cleanliness was off putting, the comfort was worse. The couch was also not clean and the beds were broken, lopsided and extremely uncomfortable. This place needs a one time deep clean, new caulk where there is mold, and new beds/couch and it would be fine....
