"Arrived after 8 pm, immediately saw sign that the hot tub is not open (disappointing but not a deal breaker). Had a prepaid room-after receiving keys was told our room may not be cleaned yet and it may be an hour to an hour and a half…..SERIOUSLY….check in is at 3 pm and others in line were walk ..."
