“Great stay. Everything was wonderful. I am sure I will come here again.”

“駅からも近く丁寧な接客だった。”

“Great value. Quiet area and very central. Staff were very responsive to an issue with our sink, and fixed it the same day. Would recommend staying here!”

“4階のクイーンベッドルームでしたが、夜中に浴室の排水溝から水の音がひどく眠りづらかったです。”

“Mycket bra boende , rent och fräscht. Städning varje dag. Tyst och lugnt läge på 21 à våningen”

“Bra hotel med bra läge för metro. Inte så bra frukost.”

“Clogged sink- poorly maintained”

“Wonderful hidden gem in Dongdaemun area where you can find very nice shopping and food. One of few cheaper hotels I could find in Seoul and very much worth the money. The staff is so nice and helpful. Close to subway. I stayed for a week and loved it here. The room is simple but clean. AC works perfectly and mini fridge as well. The room is small but that's what I played for. Would stay here again!”

“It’s really conveniently located, just a 2-minute walk from the subway station (remember to take exit 10 or you’ll have to walk a huge round like we did on our first day). The room is cleaned daily (if you leave out the tag on the door). However, the sheets weren’t changed — it’s just a matter of making the bed. Cleaner also did not make the lower bunk bed, probably because it was clear the kids slept on the lower bunk bed. One negative: there are no blackout curtains.”

“Perfect hotel with a reasonable in the heart of Seoul. The rooms, specifically the carpet needs a touch up, other than that good. We had trouble with our shower one evening, told the staff and they took care of it directly. This was my second time staying at this hotel, will probably choose it again on my next trip to Seoul.”

“Mkt bra överlag. Dock var det enormt konstigt att det inte gick att få ett glas champagne mellan 14 och 18. De skulle ha någon fest. I spa som är jättefint så kunde vi heller inte få ett glas champagne som brukligt är. Däremot släppte hotellet in små barn som lekte och skrek. Deras spa är jätteflott så det var också konstigt.”

“A nice hotel but not fantastic. For a 5-star I’m missing food access the whole day by the pool (only after 5 pm), better English by all staff, a better breakfast (this was very average, maybe even below) with missing basic things like ham or vegetables. It said to be intercontinental but partly no. My daughter did though love the American pancakes and Nutella.”

“Jättefint fräscht och nytt hotell!”

“駅から近くて便利でした。”
