Det var smutsigt, vÀggarna var vÀldigt snuskiga med flÀckar över och som det runnit nÄgot, sÀngklÀderna var flÀckiga och det kÀndes inte frÀscht alls, vÀldigt nergÄnget hotell! Jag checkade in och checkade ut lika fort!

stay Outside ubud center must rent scooter!

Hello, out stay at this hotel bakung resort was awesome. When we arrived we did get a great welcoming by the girl un the reception, she was very polite and used proper hotel Language, asking if we where ready to go to our room etc. We did get a nice room on the top floor, outaide the room on the backside they have gorgeous rice fields and on the front balcony of the room you will have a view of the pool little bit rice fields and some houses, really cute view. The room itself was really lovely, big and comfortable with everything you need. The rooms on this hotels are really big and I cant understand why people where complaining on tripadvisor about old sheets, towels and so on.. Seriously.. the rooms and the hotel is awesome. When we stayed at the hotel is was not much people staying there so the breakfast was ala carte maybe the usely have buffe breakfast I dont know, but the breakfast was really good! Got everything you need,sliced fruit, coffe, juice, eggs, bacon, spinach and so on!! Breakfast.place was nice to sit at and down at the pool it was really nice sunbeds, some in the sun and most of them in shade, but you get sun in the pool all day long! We did rent scooter with the reception for 70k per day, there is no places outside renting you scooters and no shops or restaurants are close so you really need a scooter at this hotel, I would never stay here without a scooter :) we did try a restaurant 5 min away with scooter ithaka and it was awesome food and price.

We where here for 4 nights and had a really Good time. It takes 10 minutes to the city but they have some shuttlebus at the hotel for free. Friendly staff and Good food in the restaurant.

Helt ok hotell. Lite dÄligt stÀdade golv pÄ rummet. Finns inte sÄ mycket att göra pÄ hotellet Àn att ligga vid poolen eftersom det ligger en bit utanför ubud. De har inget spa pÄ hotellet som de promotar. IstÀllet fÄr man Äka in till ubud för massage. Maten Àr bra och gratis skjuts till ubud erbjuds tre gÄnger per dag.

SuperhjÀlpsam personal, alltid med stora leenden! En bot utanför Ubud men det Àr inga problem eftersom de har gratis shuttle service fram och tillbaka tre gÄnger om dagen! Eller att man kan hyra moppe frÄn hotellet. Rummet var stort och bekvÀmt trots att vi hade en del myror i det. Men inga problem för personalen som löste det! VÀldogt prisvÀrt alternativ!

Not the best hotel I’ve stayed at but you get what you pay for. The room is tired and there were obvious signs of mould on the roof of the room and there were blood stains on the sheets. property isn’t in the best location but all the tourist spots are only a grab ride away. Staff were lovely and helpful. Overall, due to the terrible condition of the property I wouldn’t recommend you stay there.

For the price, I shouldn’t complain. Overall wasn’t horrible but a few things to note if you are basing your decision on the website description: there is no shuttle, there is no laundry facilities, I wouldn’t recommend walking into Ubud from there. The rooms were basic and a little run down. The bedding and linens were questionable - the duvet inside the cover was yellow and the pillows had the smell of a very old pillow forgotten in the basement. If you stay in the villas like we did - note that the common area is technically outside and the upstairs room is not fully closed in so bugs and in our case a frog and lizaeds - can freely enter the room. The pool by the villas needs a good cleaning as it was building up a lot of brown algae. The staff however is very friendly and again for the price
 it didn’t ruin our vacation and we have definitely stayed in worse in are travels. This is more of a PSA.

Very nice staff, unfortunately very dirty and old room. Weird mouldy smell, spiderwebs on the ceiling and walls and stains on the bed sheets. Leaking airconditioning which made a splash sound every hour or so.

Unfortunately was not a great experience, rooms are not properly maintained and prepared for guests. Rooms are not clean, bad smell in rooms, bed are terrible, bathroom is really bad, not a good experience at all. Staff is good, place is not.

Although location is not central part of Ubud, it is very easy to book a grab/gojek bike to central area. Instead it was very peaceful and quiet to stay in this hotel, really enjoyed the clean, refreshing pool everyday. My only complain was the sewage smell coming from the bathroom fan/vent but besides that, room was kept clean, there was daily housekeeping.

I booked this location because on GPS it seemed walkable. The road from the main road is really steep, and I would not say it is walkable to the main. The area around the property is very nice walk in the rice fields. There are a few nice big restaurants near by, and its wonderful to see fireflies at night.

Very basic shabby room

Never been to that low priced hotel 20 pounds per room per night. so too not sure how other ones compare to this one. We were traveling around with driver a lot and only to spending nights in hotel. Room was very basic run down furniture, wardrobe with no hangers... whats the point of wardrobe then? Safe was working condition, good. There was kettle with cofee and tea ,sugar for 2 ppl. In bathroom was dental kit, shampoo, toilet paper. Bed was poor, only slept because we were mostly tired after day travel. Restaurant was ok, polite waiters. Prices were reasonable. There is pool, not seen anybody using in 6 nights of our stay. To get there in a car wery narrow drive , minivan can not get there, too narrow. Low price is ok, but hotel is 2 star or less. We not complaining because low price.

Our first room was wet through with condensation and damp. The extractor fan in the bathroom was not powerful enough to dry the floor. Which was a trip/slip hazard. The room smelled of damp and the drain from the shower and toilet smelled horrendous. We only lasted 1 night in that room. We asked to change rooms. We upgraded to a villa and had to paid extra money. The villa room was less damp, not as smelly. Though the bathroom celing was full of mould. We should not of been charged more money to move rooms. We had no hot water for the whole 5 days of our stay. The water pressure in the shower only worked twice and even that was a trickle. So we had to wash / shower in the sink. Shower heads full of limescale. The wifi was rubbish. The adjoining door to the lounge and the sliding front door to the pool had large gaps in them. So the insects could get through. Curtains and sofa material very stained and dirty. The fridge was really dirty so cleaned that myself before use. Small pools kept leaf free. Towels old and very thin. Breakfast was lovely and staff very friendly. Short taxi ride to Ubud. Local restaurants, shops and spa on the main road

Nice enough spot. Stayed before a few times. Generally more expensive and no investment so doest warrant the rise (almost doubled in 2 years) Couldn't stay for longer than a night passing through. Didn't have breakfast. Went out to eat. No hot water in morning for a shower.
