The glass walled villa offers amazing view of the forest in all four directions but if you prefer privacy, draw the curtains, which we didn't have to use. Given the location, expect some ants, mostly in the bathtub but they don't bite or bother us. The adorable resident dogs do bark intermittently at night so bring ear plugs if necessary. Itâs a constant high annoying sound level all over.
On top of this there is an airport not far away. All the planes are lifting and landing over Rebak Island.
Everynight at 7 pm the music from a live band starts.
The music can be heard right into the bedroom.
The adult pool is located behind the children's pool meaning that the adults have to give up the view from the infinity pool.
Sun loungers and bar have been placed so they are blocking the sea view.
Pool towels are not clean. Stains.
The staff generally did not maintain as high service level as we are used to in Malaysia.
Not as nice and caring treatment as in other hotels.
Apart from a breakfast buffet that felt stingy, using the coffee machine cost 11 MYR
The trays werenât refilled properly.
Restaurant poor and costly. No value.
