The new and comfortable apartment is located on the ground floor of the house with a large private covered terrace furnished with table and chairs at the entrance.The kitchen is modern and equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, smoke extractor hood, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. The bathroom with shower, sink with mirror and cabinet, bidet, and bathroom towels two per person are provided (changed weekly).The apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed (180x200), bedside tables and night lamps, large wardrobe. The living area has a dining table with 4 chairs, flat-screen satellite TV, coffee table, sofa bed for two people, air conditioner, and free Wi-Fi internet connection.

In the completely fenced courtyard available for shared use the barbecue, trampoline for children, and free parking.
