The 18 m2 air-conditioned studio apartment is composed of the sleeping area with double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe, bed linen is provided (changed weekly), flat screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection ( possible poor network in some periods of the day inside the studio flat). The bathroom has a shower cubicle, external window, sink with cabinet and mirror, toilet, two bath towels per person are provided. The kitchenette equipped with electric ceramic hob with two hotplates, small fridge, coffee machine, kettle, pots, cups, plates and cutlery. A dining table with two chairs is available. The exit to the 6 m2 covered terrace furnished with a table and two chairs adjoining the swimming pool. For those who love privacy, curtains are available to close off the terrace area. The accommodation is an excellent choice for spending a holiday in complete relaxation and comfort.
The house offers for free use: deck chairs, outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, gazebo, barbecue. Bicycles are available for a fee. At only 400 m there is the station of the tourist train which leaves from the tourist village of Katoro and along the coast arrives in central Umag and vice versa. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave only 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world only 60 km from Umag.
