The holiday home with a private garden is located in the popular tourist area of ​​Umag-Punta, just 200 m from the seafront, 400 m from the beach and bathing facilities, easily reachable on foot in a few minutes, 150 m from the newsagent and bar, 600 m from the Stella Maris tourist village where the renowned ATP Open Croatia Umag tennis tournament has been taking place for years. The vacation rental offers the convenience of two double bedrooms, furnished kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Parking is free in the enclosed courtyard of the house. The area is quiet and pleasant but nevertheless central. The center of Umag is about 1.5 km away and can be reached on foot along the coast in 20-25 min.
The house has a magnificent terrace with garden furniture and a garden swing for two people.
Parking in front of the house, the rear part of the house is a basement.

From the terrace, you enter the living area with equipped kitchen, fridge with a freezer area and dining table with 4 chairs. In the anteroom of the bathroom with shower, the washing machine is available.

The house has two bedrooms with a double bed (160x200), one-bedroom offers satellite TV, air conditioner, window, wardrobe, cabinet with drawers, the second bedroom with open coat rack, cabinet with drawers, air conditioner. Ideal for those who love intimacy, comfort, enjoy summer evenings outdoors, spend days of rest and relaxation on the equipped terrace. It is located in an area that has been very popular with tourists since Roman times.

The beach at 400 m easily reachable on foot. In the vicinity of the house there is the Tramontana restaurant with a wide choice of special menus of fish, meat and dessert. At only 150 m there is the station of the tourist train that leaves from the tourist village of Katoro and along the coast arrives in Umag center and vice versa.

In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the old town, or visit the stalls and to the delight of children the playground on the waterfront. To buy a larger quantity of food it is better to walk a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine. Nearby there are various leisure possibilities: tennis courts, the Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, adrenaline park, mini-golf course, fishing. It is also possible to take various organized trips by boat or by bus. The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. We recommend visiting the Istrian hinterland for days off the beach or to spend the evenings. Very interesting the artists' village Grožnjan, Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill and known for the film festival which takes place every year at the end of July, the village of Livade very well known for its white truffle. For cave lovers to visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as the NP Brijuni, Pula, Rovinj and Poreč. Organize various fish picnic boat trips during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. The day trip by hydrofoil to Venice (if it is possible due to COVID). To visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag to the delight of children and the Dinopark in Funtana, fun is guaranteed there.
