The area is quiet surrounded by greenery. The nearby beaches have various structures to satisfy every type of need, sandy, rocky, with pebbles, equipped, with the possibility of renting deck chairs and umbrellas. These beaches make unique the wonderful Mediterranean vegetation along the coast which allows you to protect yourself from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. To find the beach you prefer, just move a few hundred meters as the structure of the beaches changes. For those who love the gym, on the seafront next to the beach of Villa Rita, outdoor gym equipment is available for free use.

To purchase a larger quantity of food, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.

Livade, the town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit by appointment the Astronomical Center in ViĆĄnjan, 30 km from Umag. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag.
