Comfortable 189 m2 holiday home for up to 8 people with a beautiful outdoor pool in the quiet village of Savudrija, 8 km from the centre of Umag. The house is located on the edge of the surrounding nature, meadows and forests, only 800 metres from the beach

On the ground floor the kitchen equipped with hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dining table with chairs. The corridor, equipped with air conditioning, leads to two bedrooms with a double bed and one with two single beds, from which you can access the terrace with garden furniture at the back of the house. On the ground floor there are two bathrooms, each with a shower, washbasin, mirror and one with a washing machine. The large living room with sofa bed, flat screen satellite TV, two air conditioning units, free Wi-Fi internet connection and internal staircase to the attic on the first floor. Upstairs there is a living room with sofa bed, table and 2 chairs, air conditioning, coffee table, flat screen satellite TV. From the living room access to the bathroom with shower, washbasin with mirror and toilet, two bedrooms each with double bed (160x200) and wardrobe.

The nearest pebble and rocky beach is only 800 metres away, the supermarket is 400 metres away at the Veli Jože campsite and the restaurant is 500 metres away. The centre of Bašanija, where you will find the bakery, the daily shop and the greengrocer's, is 1 km from the house.

In the centre of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, we recommend a walk along the famous Umag dam, to explore the narrow and interesting streets of the old town of Umag, the new square decorated with a fountain, shopping in the shops of the centre or visit the stalls and the playground by the sea for the joy of children.
To buy more groceries, we recommend travelling a few kilometres to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
There are several opportunities for recreation in the surroundings of Umag: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centres
sports centres for water sports enthusiasts, where water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and mini golf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris holiday village, nightclubs, casinos, opportunities for various boat trips or by bus.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants and bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.
For days or evenings away from the beach, we recommend unforgettable excursions inland. The picturesque artists' village of Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a marvellous view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun, the typical medieval town on a hill, known for its film festival, which has been held for years at the end of July. Livade, the town known for its white truffle, which is found in the nearby forests. For lovers of astronomy who want to admire the sky and stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Centre, 30 km from Umag, by appointment. For cave lovers, visit the beautiful small cave of Baredine, only 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world, only 60 km from Umag. The towns on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč are also interesting, as is the Brijuni National Park, which can also be visited on organised excursions. Various "fish picnic" boat trips are organised with picnics based on fish or meat, during which you have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the marvellous day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. For the joy of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana "Dino Park" theme park, where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of young and old beat faster. - to notify the owner of any damage caused, which the owner will demand in cash after a detailed damage assessment prior to departure,
