“This property is not accessible, the entrance is in the back to which I had to drag my luggage down a small slope and then across some gravel to get to the door. There was no step at the door so it was difficult for me to get my luggage up into the unit and then myself. The price increase from what you showed and then what I actually was charged was substantial and they only allowed less then 24 hours for cancellation.”

“The property is huge and was clearly refurbished recently. The location was very convenient to museums, restaurants, waterfront, etc. The parking deck across the way was adequate and did not break the bank (I think we paid about $40 for the parking for our two-night stay). Getting into the building and up to the room was a little convoluted, but the directions the host provided in advance of checkin were clear. However, no guest manual was provided explaining things like how to sort the trash...
