âSĂ€ngen var stenhĂ„rd och jag fick vĂ€ldigt ont i ryggen. FjĂ€drar stack upp och det fanns ingen bĂ€ddmadrass. NĂ€ra till tĂ„get in till centrum. Saknade informationsblad och kartor över Sydney pĂ„ hotellet. VĂ€ldigt sparsmakad frukost. â
âI love sarying with the amazing Grace it's like a warm safe clean home away from home where Grace always ensures your welcome and special.
Excellent and I would totally recommend staying here â
âLocation and price was great for our purpose. Easy to walk to the train station and athletics centre. The rooms are small but that was fine for 1 night. The only issue we had was an unpleasant smell in the room possibly from drains?â
âhad a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome.
A special thank you to Mimiâshe was incredibly kind, helpful, and always had a warm smile. She truly made my stay even better with her great attitude and attention to detail.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay!

âIf I was local I'd support this hotel.
Afternoon staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to help patrons.
The contract cleaning staff do not clean properly, that's the only down side.
We'll be coming back to stay on our next trip.â
âExcellent accommodation with very large room. Extremely clean and one of the best beds I have slept in at a hotel stay. Like new bathroom facilities, soap shampoo, and conditioner. The only negative, entrance is on a busy road and if you miss it, little time consuming to get back to. Just need to make sure you slow down to get it right.â
âProperty was pretty clean. Most of the front desk staff were really friendly and accommodating. Woolies is a 7 minute walk away. Breakfast was a little high in preserved meats, but had a decent spread and filled our stomachs every morning. One area of improvement would be the Wifi though, it was kind of intermittent and not very fast.â
âBed was comfy , could have used a blanket but we just turned the heat up .
Breakfast was more than adequate especially as it was included. Staff were lovely. A bit of traffic noise but I still slept well.â
âIf you prefer a self service apartment instead of a hotel room this is an excellent opportunity. You have the supermarket next door, which makes it easy and convenient to buy what you need.
Avoid floor 3 since that serve as the entrance to the parking. Quite noisy when people comes and goes. Higher level is preferable. â
âCheck in was easy and we were lucky to get an early check in with no extra charge. There were lots of places to eat nearby and shopping including Westfield was only a few minutes walk. Will stay here again. Only issue currently is thereâs construction on the site but you canât hear much. â
âVery comfortable room, warm, clean.
Pool area looked bit unkept as did an outdoor undercovered area next to our room.
Staff friendly and efficient.â

According to hotel a 15 year old shall shar double bed with parents (booked for 5 p - 4 beds)
The Hotel was not able to fix malfunctioning AC / change room for the whole stay. "Public holiday you know..."
Desc managers just referred to the booking so there was an extra 141 AUS$f for the fith bed and no reduction of that due to the malfunctioning AC :( â
