“It’s a wonderful old hotel with lots of character. The room was very comfortable and clean and I loved the artwork throughout. Breakfast was excellent - MUCH better than the hotel offerings. The owner was gracious and we greatly enjoyed talking with her each morning. It’s a bit off the beaten path but well worth the drive. I hope to visit again!”

“When we couldn't stay inside Bryce Canyon Park, we looked for alternate accommodations outside the park and the town of Tropic was the best choice. It was a quick 10 miles to the park. This place fit our needs but we were in Unit #3 and there were stairs to the second floor. This is fine for us but maybe not for others. The room was cozy and clean with a small balcony. A couple of restaurant options closeby.”

“The bed and breakfast was lovely with a modern farmhouse aesthetic. The sliding barn doors added to the appeal. It was calm, relaxing, and clean. They had a washer and dryer available for use for free which was perfect. The breakfast (pancakes, bacon, eggs, toast, fruits, yogurt, and oatmeal) had something for everyone. My daughter fell in love with the homeade Apple Cider Syrup. It is a definite must have. I especially liked the warmth and feeling like I was family. It was truly special to see...

“Truly, the only hotel I’ve stayed at where I wish I spent more time,.. at the hotel. I was genuinely sad I can only stay one night. The bed was so cozy, and the vibe was on point! This particular place is such a gem.”

“Sweet cabins on a working farm with lots of animals. We stayed in the Garden Cabin. Quiet, peaceful, nice hot tub and pool with amazing views. 15 minutes from Zions East entrance. Close to restaurants, gas, gift shops and hiking. Highly recommend.”
