It’s not only fun with the games and toys and pool and and and…but also very functional and practical. We’ve stayed here for a family reunion 2 years in a row and my son already asked if we could go back again. I’m betting we will be. ”

“Our family of 14 traveled from Texas to Utah to hike in Zion, June 2025. Ages 12-84. Location: The house is between Kanab and Springdale, approximately 40 minutes away from Zion visitor center.Weather: We left the house each morning by 6:30am to arrive by 7:10 to ensure we had a parking spot at the visitor center. “This property was in close proximity to the base of Deer Valley Resort. The kitchen and living spaces were large. The kitchen and bathrooms were equipped with all the essentials. The only issues were ran into were, the hot tub was not clean, we couldn't get the temperature of the basement bedrooms to cool off, couldn't find a wine opener and lastly the garage code changed on us a couple of times.
