“The unit is nicely decorated and very clean and new. A little difficult for a long stay because of limited kitchen and VERY small refrigerator. A desk would be very helpful to avoid having to use the small dining table - have to move computer constantly when time to eat. Communication could've been a bit better from owner (felt like I was bothering him if I asked a question). A welcome manual would be nice with instructions. Lighting could be improved from street to unit door - uneven tile...

“This location is very far removed from St. Helena (25min) even though the address states St. Helena. It’s an old and rather rundown farm. The hostess was rude when I tried to cancel after finding out by a colleague that this was not an ideal place since I was traveling alone and the location has no internet, cellphone signal and it’s really in the middle of nowhere. Since the hostess did not allow me to cancel past her 30 day cancellation policy, I had no option but go. Oh yeah, after she hung...

One of our 3 adult children had to work several days over Christmas week at a nearby medical center and the house was close enough that she could join us when not working.
