Beautiful property, kitchen had everything we needed, beds were so comfortable, plenty of towels and facecloths, shampoo and conditioner was better than mine! Manager was so good to deal with, answered all questions right away! Very clean, well maintained and well worth staying here again! Thank you. Close to Roger’s Area for hockey and concerts! Had everything you could need!

This apartment worked very nicely and was comfortable with an awesome rooftop. Very easy to move about the city from here. Head right as you leave the complex. Easy to walk or catch the metro to many attractions. I would stay here again.

The unit was very clean. I did not realize it was in China town and the homeless and addicts all around when going outside was depressing. Finding the parking garage was difficult. could not get in the door once I arrived since phone lines were down and was a challenge in finally getting into the unit. Thank God one of the tenants assisted me otherwise I would have been in trouble.

Nice property with some fixtures requiring minor maintenance but overall very comfortable and spacious for 3 of us. Everything was very clean. Few nearby streets had a very visible homeless presence at night but never felt threatened. Good dining options in nearby streets.

The place was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which made the stay extremely comfortable. The location is a huge plus—very accessible to downtown, with everything we needed just a short distance away. The space felt welcoming and gave us plenty of room to relax.Check-in were smooth and completely hassle-free. Everything was exactly as described, and the overall experience was stress-free from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again

This place was very well equipped with all amenities to make our stay comfortable. The roof top terrace was a great place to hang out with beautiful 360 degree views of the city and the harbour and mountains in the distance! Great access

This apartment itself is very cute and the views at the top are amazing. It is in Chinatown and there are a lot of homeless/drug users all around but the property itself follows strict security and overall felt very safe. The homeless don’t bother you or ask you for anything. This apartment makes it very easy to get to downtown. The heater broke while we were here but the manager acted right away to help us out.

Super schöne und luxuriöse Unterkunft mitten in Vancouver mit eigenem Parkplatz direkt vor Ort. Einziger Nachteil ist die Umgebung. Es ist durch Sirenen der Krankenwagen laut und ist durch die direkte Nähe zur East Hasting Street auch immer wieder von zwielichtigen Personen umgeben, die einem aber nichts tun. Ansonsten klare Empfehlung. Es war toll!

Worth the money

Pretty decent flat with all the amenities included. Location interms of access to nearby places is really good. However there were many homeless folks in the close proximity so but building security was really good. Overall a good experience

Vancouver getaway

The property is very well maintained and clean. However would be nice to have had a dish cloth and dish towel, or even paper towels upon arrival. We had to buy some. Also needs some sort of recycling bin as there is only trash can and when you go to trash room you have to pick through your trash for recycling. The building is very secure but the street and surrounding neighborhood has a lot of homeless The homeless don’t seem to bother anyone. Just a lot of trash and odor around. A lot of sirens at night. Owner is very responsive if you have a problem. All in all a nice stay
