Welcome to our charming 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom heritage home in Vancouver, thoughtfully renovated for a comfortable family stay. With room for up to 12 guests and more than 2,500 square feet of living space, this is an ideal home base for families or groups who want space, comfort, and a true neighborhood feel.

Set on a quiet, tree-lined residential street, the home blends historic character with practical modern updates. Spend slow mornings on the sunny deck, enjoy meals and downtime in the large private garden, or unwind in the hammock while the kids play outside. Inside, there is plenty of room to spread out, gather together, and feel at home.

The location is one of the best parts of staying here. You are a short walk from Fraser Street, known for its excellent local restaurants, cafés, and shops. Downtown Vancouver is easy to reach by public transit or bike, and there are parks nearby for children to run and play. This is a great fit for guests who want a peaceful residential setting without feeling far from the city.

The home is especially well suited to families with young children. We provide family-friendly features including a crib and playpen, and the spacious layout makes longer stays easy and comfortable. Whether you are visiting Vancouver for a family holiday, a reunion, or a summer city stay, the house offers the space and flexibility that larger groups need.

Guests have private use of the main home and outdoor areas. Parking is easy, with space for up to three cars in the rear lane and additional free street parking out front.

Please note that there is a separate, fully independent garden-level unit on the ground floor. It has its own entrance and there are no shared indoor or outdoor spaces. When we are away, our local host may stay there and is available if any urgent issue arises during your stay.
