Essentials
• A fob is required at all times for building access (loss fee: $250)
• No parties
• No smoking or vaping
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
• Early check-ins or late check-outs will be at an additional cost
Cleanliness & Care
• Remove shoes at the entrance
• Keep the space tidy and dispose of garbage by the entrance before leaving
• Turn off lights when not in use
• Do not put food down the garburator
• Do not wipe makeup on towels (please use wipes or paper towel)
Furniture & Items
• Please handle furniture gently (any damage or stains will be charged)
• Do not sit on the antique chair (decorative only)
• Do not open stored suitcases
• Do not go through personal belongings
Extra Care Notes
• Be careful with luggage near walls and floors
• Be mindful of blinds near the gallery wall
• Do not step on the balcony windowsill
• Please do not move or touch plants
• No pets on furniture
Windows & Airing Out
• You may keep windows/doors as you prefer during your stay
• Please leave the balcony door or windows open upon departure to air out the space

• Shower: pull down the nozzle to start water flow
