Kitchen had more than enough stuff for cooking. The hot tub was also fantastic. The pool itself was a little chilly, but that didn’t affect the kids.

What a great location across from Rogers Arena. Our family enjoyed a few days of Spring break exploring downtown Vancouver with this lovely condo as our base. The amenities were great, the condo clean, and it was well stocked. May was quick to respond, provided detailed check in instructions, and followed up with us. Would recommend.

If you are looking to explore Vancouver, this place is perfect. With the parking spot you are able to have a car but with the train and water taxis close you can easily get around. The hosts were very responsive and ensured that we had a great stay!

Nice condo

Our family had a great time staying here for 5 days. The location was convenient to downtown areas and we liked taking the ferries to Granville Island. It’s a pretty walkable area as well. The host was great and communicated easily.

Location and convenience 10/10. We had covered so much of Metro Vancouver without rushing, stadium-chinatown is just around the corner. Necessity store (T&T,Rexall, Nester’s Market) is within 5-8 min walking distance. Comfort:10/10 its a home away from home with an extra fringes of a pool that my son enjoyed after long day of excursion.Safety: we feel safe walking at night, GREAT STAY!!!

The condo itself was decent and generally clean, and the location is very convenient—right by the train station with easy access to transit and nearby amenities.That said, there were a few notable drawbacks. The “second bedroom” is really more of a closet-sized room and not suitable for adults or longer stays. The pullout sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and not a viable sleeping option. The biggest issue was temperature control: we couldn’t get the unit cool enough, which forced us to open the window—unfortunately, being right next to the train tracks made the noise quite disruptive, especially at night.In short, the place was okay for a brief stay if you prioritize transit access and don’t plan to use the pullout bed or second bedroom, but the noise and comfort issues would make me hesitant to book again.

The apartment was fairly clean. The bedrooms were very small and storage was minimal. The apartment is right above a railway so if you have a hard time sleeping with noise, beware the train seems to run all day and all night into the early hours of the morning. I got used to it and wasn’t so bad after a day or two. The kitchen was very clean, fully stocked with utensils and small kitchen appliances. It had a regular sized fridge with plenty of room. The unit came with a good sized washer and dryer, plenty of towels and had excellent water pressure. Not sure if the unit had AC but it would get warm due to the sun coming in all day. Obviously not a problem if you are visiting in colder weather. The parking underneath was a bit of an issue only because the key fob would sometimes lag on opening the three gates required to leave and enter. This was a very secure parking garage but the unpredictable gates had us on a bit of an edge especially when having to catch a very early flight. Security ended up opening the gate for us to exit the garage. The property manager was available when I had questions and very helpful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to a small family of three but no more than four.

The listing of this property did not accurately reflect the listing. The air conditioning listed was not central air but a portable unit which was broken and did not fit in the patio door properly contributing to the very noisey environment. This property is right above the skytrain tracks which prevented us from sleeping as trains were screeching to and from the stop every 3 minutes all night. The couch did not pull out to a sofa bed but rather just a larger area of the couch. Tried to sleep there but too hard and bumpy as I could feel the metal and buttons from the couch. The second bed was in a room so small there was no circulation space or closet for clothes. You could barely walk beside the bed.There was no true description of these items in the listing. We left the property after the first day and the host refused to refund us. VRBO offered us a 250 refund which doesn't even pay for one of the 3 nights we paid for. Very unhappy with this and with vrbo - of course the host is not going to agree to a refund but vrbo should - they have this host listed as a super host???!
This is just below the balcony and the trains ran every couple of minutes all night long.

Proper reviews seem to be rare these days, but here's one to hopefully help potential future visitors :) - The contrived air con unit vents thru a hole they cut in a lump of ply-wood that stops the balcony door shutting (ugly and a safety issue on the 11th floor if you have kids, also v noisy if you're sleeping on the sofa bed) - It doesn't work very well either and emits a slightly unpleasant smell! - The vent doesn't even fit the hole in the wood (the sticky tape that has been applied fell off the second night of our stay!) - There is a light fitting held together with sellotape - No recycling dividers in kitchen bin, in the garbage room there are good options but they are wasted as the apartment isn't set up for it - Pretty much anything not 'built in' is cheap and nasty (e.g. pillows, hairdryer) - We raised these issues early in our 7 night stay, but they made no effort to fix anything or get a maintenance person in! On the positive side, apartment is a decent size and in a conveniently located (if noisy and slightly sketchy) neighborhood for getting everywhere. Also, helpful to have some kitchen basics like olive oil, TV works well and the pool/gym set up is decent.
