Luxurious Apartment w/ Indoor Pool by Roger Arena

Welcome to our beautiful newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the heart of downtown Vancouver! Located just a short walk from Rogers Arena and BC Place Stadium, this is the perfect spot for sports fans, concert goers, and anyone looking to create memorable experiences while in Vancouver. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, 3 comfortable beds, and amazing building amenities. We are excited to host you!

The space has all new furnishings, and is perfect for families or multiple couples coming to the city. Each bedroom has a queen bed, side tables, and clothing storage. The first bathroom has a freestanding tub, sink and toilet. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

You will have complete privacy during your stay. If you do have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out and I will be available to assist.

Crosstown is a unique part of Vancouver, a hybrid between Historic Chinatown, bustling Gastown and commercial Downtown Vancouver.

My apartment is easily accessible by car or local transit. Only a two minute walk from Stadium Skytrain Station, and a 15 minute walk from Waterfront Station (Seabus). There is a parking stall allocated for 1 vehicle during your stay. Any additional vehicles can find paid street parking regularly.
No smoking anywhere on the property, off property only. No parties, no drugs, no additional guests without notifying us. No pets please. Quiet hours between 11pm and 8am.

Overall it was OK. Let's start with the positive.1. Clean overall.2. Communication with host was great. Very responsive.3. Check in process was thorough and clear and well documented. We came in very late (11pm) and we followed the directions to get into the unit. 4. Location is right next to a skytrain station and major bus lines. 5. We felt relatively safe during the time. 6. Parking was good but be aware access after 9pm could be limited. Now the issues.1. There is no central AC. The day high temp was high 70 low 80 and so it could get hot during the day. Night time opening the windows do help. There is portable AC but only helps with the living room.2. It's next to Rodgers stadium and very noisy especially if you need windows open. There was a concert few nights while we were there. Bring ear plugs and eye mask. Also very bright during the night time.3. The location is at blthe cusp of increased homeless population. I did not feel unsafe during the time but just be aware and it's just part of Vancouver in certain places.4. Water control was an issue. We could get cold water to come out consistently. Dial did not help. Not sure if it was the unit or the building.

Nice apartment mistly as described. There is no air, except for a portable ac in one of the bedrooms, which could not cool the apartment. While there are two bathroom spaces they are connected via a two doors to the shower in each space, making privacy a bit challenging at times. Due to the lack of ac, you have to keep the windows open meaning you get a lot of noise from the train station below.

The unit was just as it was presented online. Amenities in the unit were appreciated. Bedding was clean. Shower doors appear to be off track so just left the one side closed and entered through second bathroom. Overall stay was enjoyable. Thank you

Great Property Not Great Communications

The property was beautiful, in great condition and has a perfect location in the middle of downtown. The only concern we had was the support while on the premises was poor. We texted them twice while there, once because we needed additional sheets for the pull-out bed and once related to check-out time. They did not respond to the texts either time. Then we called them. The first time they answered but were not able to help us related to the linens. The second time, they didn't answer and never called back.

Very nice unit. Very high end appliances How ever I would not consider it a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. It is a 2 bedroom 1 and a 1/2 bath. The shower is shared and has no privacy

The area was great, but it is a bit loud especially if you have the windows open. It was hot when we went and there was only one AC for one room. The other room was really hot and uncomfortable. If they got an AC unit for each room it would have made the stay much better.

We were totally screwed

When we arrived the unit was 90f and we discovered there was no AC except for an improperly installed portable unit that was turned off. After reaching out to the contact phone number we were given the runaround and we told they would call back with a resolution. We never received a return call. We did receive a text the next morning telling us that there were two potable units be there were only 1 unit for 7 rooms. We did not sleep the entire night. After reaching out via direct text msg the next day we were completely ignored. After a few hours we informed them that we were checking out. After multiple text asking for some resolution we never received any responses to our multiple request for a resolution. We had to check in the the JWMarriott for the remainder of our stay. We are going to take whatever action is necessary to get our money back

Great For Shows at BC Place!!!

Took the family to see The Rolling Stones. Perfect location for stadium access. The place was extremely clean and the balcony was a relaxing spot for a cocktail. The train goes by right below the building and can be noisy. Also, the 10am check-out seemed a bit early, 11am seems more reasonable. All in all great stay though. A big thank you to the hosts for making the entry and exits simple.

Condo next to the sky train

We weren’t able to watch TV due to not having an app. The bathrooms join together and share a shower. No privacy. There were no sheets on the pullout. Also, no wash clothes. The sky train is super loud and one bedroom never gets dark. The shades are see through.

Very nice location, most of the apartment is updated, however if I am being picky, the baseboards need a good clean and possible paint job, and the luxurious bath tub (the reason we chose this unit) doesn’t hold water.

Exactly what we were looking for

My friend I spent 5 nights here over Christmas. It was just what we were looking for - space to spend time together, yet plenty of space when we needed alone time. It was so much better than staying in a hotel. Good location. Highly recommend.

Good unit in good location

Overall I give this unit 5 stars because of the furnishings and comfort of the unit, the central location, and the amenities in the building. The unit has new everything as you see in the picture and feels like it was staged for short term rental. We liked that the building had parking and a gym, lap pool, etc. that we used every day before or after sight seeing. Neighborhood was central and provided easy access to things we wanted to do and see. The experience was great once we got through the checkin process. The unit is managed by a large property management company and we had trouble getting a hold of them to get the checkin instructions. We did get an automated email 24 hours in advance of checkin, but they didn't respond to any messages on the VRBO platform. Security in the building is tight, which I guess is a good thing, but getting into the building with the front door code was challenging for us and it took us about 15 minutes of fiddling with the key code to get it to work, which was stressful after a flight and evening arrival. Again we couldn't get a hold of anyone in property management for help but we got it to work eventually. Lastly although the furnishings are new and comfortable, everything felt a bit cold. We found towels and linens in the washing machine instead of nicely staged in the bathrooms. Things like hand soap or basic kitchen items are sparse compared to other short term rentals we have stayed at.
