Getting Around:
Getting around Vancouver from our stylish condo is a breeze! You'll find convenient public transportation options nearby. The Stadium-Chinatown SkyTrain station is just a short walk away, providing easy access to the entire city and beyond, including direct lines to Vancouver International Airport (YVR). Numerous bus routes also operate in the area, offering frequent service to various destinations. For those driving, paid parking is available in the building's garage, ensuring secure and convenient parking for your vehicle. Travel times: SkyTrain to YVR - approximately 25 minutes; SkyTrain to downtown - less than 5 minutes.

Please note: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Secure parking is available in the building's garage. The property is located at 689 Abbott street, Vancouver, BC V6B 0J2, Canada.

Please be aware that this is a non-smoking property. The building management is very sensitive to this and we have had guests fined before so please avoid smoking anywhere inside the unit, balcony or in the garden area of the building. Pets are not allowed. We kindly request that you respect the building's quiet hours and refrain from hosting parties or events.

Like most homes in Vancouver, this property does not have central A/C. A portable air conditioner is provided for your comfort and convenience.

As we’re located in the heart of downtown, you may hear typical city sounds, including the nearby SkyTrain, it’s all part of the vibrant urban experience.

As with many Vancouver properties this unit does not have central AC. We do, however, have a portable AC and some fans to cool down the place. As long as the blinds are down, the windows are closed and the AC is on there shouldn't be any issues even on the hot days.

The den is cozy and functional, though please note it doesn’t have a window.

Like many downtown areas, you may see homeless individuals in the neighborhood; do not worry! They are harmless and keep to themselves.

$250 refundable credit card hold, released after checkout pending inspection, or
$50 non-refundable damage waiver, covering minor accidental damages.

It was a clean place. But the shower curtain made the bathroom smell like a gas station bathroom. The shower curtain physically needs to go in a washing machine. The other thing is the bedding. The mattress had a fitted sheet. But no sheet on top. Just one blanket to cover up with. That needs improvement.

The accommodation was clean and well presented on arrival. The host, Jackie communicated very well before and throughout our stay. The accommodation is very well located for all Vancouver attractions. For public transit, it is right above Stadium-Chinatown Skytrain station and there are bus stops on the street for other destinations. The accommodation includes underground parking for one vehicle. The host provides tea/coffee in the apartment and regularly checks in to see if you need anything during your stay. We enjoyed our time and recommend Jackie, the host.

Pros: right in the heart of the city - lovely view of Science World - nice big windows and balcony Close to sky train and bus services Walkable to Canada Place and Gastown Free parking Secure building In suite laundry Surrounded by restaurants, sight seeing, shopping, right across from Rogers Arena and Stadium Friendly, helpful host Good wifi and comfy beds Nice kitchen and bathroom and nice big smart tv Clean Nice decor Had a guidebook and treats waiting for us upon arrival Downstairs was a convenience store, pizza place, subway restaurant and lots of food places in the area Cat cafe! My daughter and I stayed in town for a concert and it was so great to be right across from the arena. We felt lucky when we saw all the people who had to come by train or car arriving early and lining up while we sat and relaxed. We also were able to just walk back across the street after the show. Cons: Loud sky train nearby (it’s on the 15th floor so it’s not awful) Parking situation a little complicated to figure out with the building security (I got lost with all the doors and floors a couple of times) Neighbourhood can be a little sketchy with drug users, but it seems like that’s normal for BC One room is rather small, just so you know - it’s just a single bed that fills a tiny, closet-like space. My daughter didn’t love it (it was also hot - even with the AC on) Overall, we enjoyed the stay and were grateful for the convenience of this location and the helpfulness of the host.

Location Location

First of all Jackie is a good communicator-Condo was just right for me and my sister-Location is perfect we visited Granville Island,Observation Tower,Vancouver Aquarium,Totem Poles,Stanley Park,Capilano Bridge,Gas Town, WhistlerBlackcomb (Zip Trek), Squamish,Shannon Falls,Vancouver Island, Grouse Mountain (red gandola) the main bonus we went to the Vancouver Whitecap soccer game which was at BC Place and we walked 5 minutes from Condo we did all the tourist attractions in 5 days and plenty of restaurants around Thank You Jackie

Urban living

Tiny downtown apartment with nice pool and gym. We appreciated having parking included. The host was an excellent communicator. Since we were unfamiliar with urban living, the entry was difficult initially. After we had done it once, it was very easy. It worked well for us!!

Fantastic spot

If you are in Vancouver for a concert or a hockey game this is the place to stay. Right across the street from Rogers Place and a 5 minute walk to BC Place. Jackie is a wonderful host, she makes sure you have everything you need. The place is spotless and has all the amenities. Fantastic stay.
