We travelled with our family with 4 rooms booked at this hotel. From the outside the hotel is beautiful but on the inside the building has an odd layout and kind of confusing when you are trying to get to where you need to go. The staff were not super welcoming. My mother’s room had a drug baggie under her bed, she let the front end staff know they apologized and refunded her money. Our room appeared clean until we looked under the bed which seems to be overlooked by the cleaning staff. Our room only had about a quarter of a roll of toilet paper which I found odd we had to call for more. My sisters room had toothpaste all over her vanity she received an apology and they cleaned her room but I was not confident in the cleanliness of this place after the 2 incidents. Parking was expensive I wish they would tell you when you book that it is an additional $60 per night to park there. My room was loud on our second night I could hear people talking loudly until 4am which woke me a couple of times throughout the night. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub the hotel also has an impressive and spacious gym. Service at the restaurant was quite slow. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again with there being hotels at a cheaper price point for what we got at this place.
