“Joe was very prompt in replying to messages! We were able to get in early and leave our bags for a couple extra hours when we left which was really helpful. The kitchen and washing machine were great additions, as was the fan in the bedroom. Both myself and I partner like to sleep with an excessive number of pillows and there was only 4 on the bed but that's obviously just our own personal preferences (and frankly I don't think we're normal when it comes to that) but that's literally the only...
