“We had a very good time as a family group together for the holidays. Pinder was a great host, responsive and accomodating. Chair lift was helpful for us which sets this place apart. Large functional kitchen and common areas for everyone. Lots of bathrooms. Location was good, close to a walking area and shopping. Amazing views of the mountains from the kitchen and porch. Worked well for us - thanks.”

We used the TV streaming service for some movies and cooked in the kitchen. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with some street parking available and right around the corner from a bus stop for public transit. ”

Amazing stay in downtown Vancouver

"It was a fantastic stay at Hyatt Regency in Vancouver. It is located centrally and the staff at the lobby, cleaning service and restaurant staff were very accommodating and friendly. I am eager to be back again! Thank you! "

"Väldigt trevligt hotell med en superbra rooftop restaurang. Bra läge i Vancouver! Väldigt bra service men de som jobbade i receptionen var ibland lite okunniga. Det fanns cyklar att låna av hotellet men de var tyvärr i dåligt skick. Negativt var att parkeringen var dyr om man hade bil. Frukosten var väldigt god men det var ingen kontinental frukost utan man fick välja en rätt från en meny. Annars ett fräscht hotell i övrigt. "
