“Comfortable and homey! The wrap around porch was the greatest especially in the morning for coffee. Roomy kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Wifi and good tv service. Great beds and bathrooms. Even though you have to walk a ways to the river. It's a superb place for swimming, diving, floating, just sitting. Would visit again.”

“We had such a great weekend with our college age boys to celebrate our son's 22nd birthday! The cottage was super cute, the A/C worked well, the river was amazing and we had great communication with our host. Super cute towns (Ingram and Kerrville) and the nicest little market nearby with all the supplies we needed. ”

“Host did not send check in instructions despite repeated asks (instructions were only sent 1 hour after check in time). There were no towels in any of the rooms, and host did not respond to ask for location of towels. No soap or basic amenities.”
