“Great property! Plenty of room for our group of 10 adults and 4 kids at Casa Bella! It was very clean and welcoming. The owners were very responsive if we needed anything. They had everything we needed in house and were quick to help us if we had questions. We loved that we didn’t have to worry about bringing linens and loved hanging out in the back yard. You’re out in the hill country so bring close toed shoes for the back yard the stickers are bad.”

“Brought my Boy Scout Troop to Concan/Frio River as a mystery “surprise” campout. They had a great time. Enjoyed the pool and other games the property had to offer. Spent a great day at the Frio, which is 5min away by car. Plenty of room to house and feed our group of 18. Property was just as advertised. Host was very responsive. Will return here for certain!”

“We stayed with our family for a last minute get away before starting school again. The house was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Our only surprise was our scorpion friends inside the house the first night. After relocating them outside, we didn’t see them again. We loved seeing the stars at night and happened to be there for a meteor shower. The home is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed! ”

“We loved the house and our golfers were impressed with the golf course. But what really impressed us was when the owner replaced the pit that broke on Friday early on Saturday. About 90% we eat is cooked on a pit. Please tell the owner how much we appreciated that. We want to come back next summer. ”

“Our family arrived from 4 different Texas cities. Check in was trouble free. Two fridges allowed space for everyone's favorite foods and beverages. There we so many spots to set up activities for two or seven! The pool was so relaxing. Hummingbird watching with morning coffee was great. Easy access to Garner State Park and river. We hated to leave.”
