“We stayed eight people in the house for nine days and had a wonderful time. The house was even better than in the pictures and the location was great for different day tours, a car is a must. Everything was nice and clean and Francesco cleaned the pool and the outside areas every morning. Overall a fantastic stay!”

“The house is nicer than the pictures describe. It was very nice cleaned and the kitchen has all equipments you can ask for. Theoutside veranda is very cozy. The host and the translater are very nice and helped out fast when the pump to the pool needed to be fixed. The cleaning of the pool didn't appear as we were told and the pool area can be updated to match the rest of the house. A plus is the nice gelato place 7 min walk from the house and the grocery store 10 min away. We were planning to...

“Abbiamo prenotato la struttura last minute per il nostro viaggio dei 100 giorni. Roberto è stato gentilissimo, la struttura è molto grande, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Siamo stati veramente bene e abbiamo passato 3 giorni indimenticabili. Arrivarci è anche velocissimo, arrivando da Roma abbiamo preso subito il raccordo, cassia ed effettivamente dentro la campagna viene fatto 1km con tutta strada asfaltata. Veramente comodo quindi da raggiungere. E' stata un'esperienza indimenticabile,...

The house was spacious and had beautiful garden fantastic views and a well tended infinity pool. Location was secluded but with close proximity to the towns on Lake Braciano and rail services to central Rome”

“We spent one week in this lovely house together with another family. The house has a fantastic panorama view over the lake, a large pool and a cozy garden with olive and lime trees. The house is clean with big bedrooms, comfortable beds and many bathrooms. Thomaso gave us a warm welcome and where available for questions. Thank you so much for let us renting this house. we would defiantly want to come back!!!”
