“The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...

“This place was okay but honestly there were waaaaaay too many kids and not enough spaces for adults to escape to. One thing that I was really looking forward to was the grotto so when we arrived and they remodeled and removed it, we were really disappointed. Another thing was the guest services on the phone was AI so the staff brought us the wrong items. They were really friendly and this place was nice but for the price I guess I was just expecting more.”

“Loved on-site laundry at such a reasonable price. Love the outdoor Ohana room with its comfortable furniture.Beautiful garden setting the café next-door was very handy. The daybed in the living area was impossible to sit on, even with the pillows provided. More comfortable chairs in the living area would be appreciated.”

“We got a room with large lawn area outside which was perfect for the kids. Went down every morning to spot the turtles and sunset in the evenings on the beach. Location is great if you are looking a calmer area with with beach access but with good service in short driving distance. We appreciated the air con in the rooms.”
