The entry way to the bathroom is incredibly small, the shower is tight, and there’s no place to put your toiletries. The upstairs is not a safe spot for little children, however, and I would say elementary age up is OK. The stairs are steep and slippery. “Property was next to a garage and abandoned boarded up restaurant. A converted old bus was right next to the building with people living in it. It was not the best part of town. The building itself was nice and well kept. The road to the property was dirt and the parking lot same which was muddy. ”
